Private Lessons
Perfect Your Game!
Private lessons are for players of all skill levels. Private lessons are great if you want to learn lacrosse, soccer or field hockey or if you want to perfect your game!
All Private Lessons are for girls grades 1-12. You have an option for team, group or individual lessons.
LOCATION
We are now offering private lessons will be held at a field location TBD. Offerings will take place in Anne Arundel County, Baltimore County, Howard County and Montgomery County. email sarah@playhersports.com if you are interested in any lessons.
DATES
Year Round opportunites depending on Instructor availability
TEAM LESSONS (DUE TO COVID THIS MIGHT BE ON HOLD UNLESS WE CAN GET A FULL FIELD)
Minimum of 12 players and a maximum of 18 players per group.
Each group must commit to a minimum of 5 hours.
Group rates are $350 per hour total for 12-18 kids.
SMALL GROUP LESSONS
Minimum of 2 players and a maximum of 9 players per group.
If you commit to and pay for 5 hours of lessons there is a 20% discount.
Group rates are $150 per hour total for 2-3 kids. Rate is $200 per hour for 4-6 players. Rate is $250 per hour for 7-9 players.
INDIVIDUAL LESSONS
If you commit to and pay for 5 hours of lessons there is a 20% discount.
Individual rate is $100 per hour.
Additional COVID-19 programs
Are you in need of help with virtual school? We have current and former teachers and counselors who can help. Combine that with someone who can also coach and get outside to get your child some exercise so you can get work done or just get a break. All programs will be arrange through a priviate instructor and paid via Venmo, Paypal or check. ALL GUIDELINES will be followed by both the state and the county.
Program A - 1 v 1 $100/hour
Option A: Help with virtual learning - 1 hour
Option B: Work with your child on specific sports (field hockey or lacrosse) or just basic fitness. - 1 hour
Option C: Combination of the two for hour and a half.
Program B - Small group - 2-3 $150/hour 4-6 $200 6-8 $250/hour
Option A: Help with virtual learning - 1 hour only available for 2-3 kids. More kids would need more hours or a second coach.
Option B: Work with your children on specific sports (field hockey or lacrosse) or just basic fitness. - 90 minutes
Option C: Combination of the two for two - two and half hours
Program C - we will be offering ZOOM yoga classes for kids. Like our Facebook page for more information.
COVID-19 Policies - These are the guidelines we will follow.
- First and foremost, ONLY groups/teams of no more than 10 people at any time
(1 coach/9 players or 2/8).
- Only training, conditioning and basic skills training are allowed at this time. i.e., Cardio workouts, workout stations, drills etc.
- An entire team cannot be on a field together but in groups of 10 or less (to include all coaches) and spread out on ½ the field per group.
- Players/coaches should avoid or limit contact.
- no high fives
- no team huddles
- no arms around players
- Sideline cones spaced out for each player 3 yards apart. Players should place their bags, water, etc. at the cone and return to their cone during breaks. The player should remain at their bag until they return to the field or leave. Important
that coaches reinforce this throughout the training sessions.
- No sharing of water/drinks.
- For safety purposes parents should stay in their vehicle or in the parking lot keeping social distance. Not on the field or in the bleachers.
- We recommend all coaches and players wear a mask until they enter the field of play.
Scrimmaging and game play are not permitted at this time.
